I understand it was near lunch, but the dining room was empty and yet there were several tables dirty and the floor needed tended to quite badly. It seemed a couple employees weren’t sure what area of the kitchen/counter positions they were supposed to be taking care of. I waited for a few minutes after my food was bagged before they could find someone to hand it to me.

We arrived around 4pm there was only a couple cars in the lot and I think they were employee cars. The lot was large and made parking with a trailer easy. Overall the place was decently clean on arrival. We went to the Restrooms to wash up and the toilets was decent but not as clean as I like to see. The sink was clean, soap and paper towels were in supply. We were promptly greeted up front and the young lady was fast, accurate and curtious. There appeared to be two employees on break at the time, but service was still prompt complete and accurate. Again the young lady thanked us as she handed us our food and we left. Overall a great experience. The food was hot and fresh and made as we ordered it.

The chicken, fries, and toast, are always stale here, so thank God they serve drinks but at that point they should be free. Gravy can be good rarely, however, more often than not, it’s white water or has some kind of old leftover paste from 8 A.M. in it. Burgers are are 100% without fail either pink inside or overcooked, Food is always slow to be served whether you’re dining in or getting takeout, and all of the employees express the opinion that they hate their job and would rather be somewhere else. It is nearly impossible to order anything more than 2 items and expect to get what you asked for, mind you. Managers are no help either, the girl that looks like she’s in high-school just watches Facebook auctions in the lobby rather than working, and the older bald man is very stearn and childish, but he makes a funny face when you ask for refund!

I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with no pickle. I ordered one cheeseburger with everything extra Onion. I got no onion and a handful of pickles. I wouldn’t have said anything but she asked me a second time what my order was.. so we were clear… I thought. Ordered 2 sweet tea. Tea was sugar water. Usually food is good here I’m not sure what happened but definitely need to focus on the food they are sending out.

Waiting in line for 15 minutes to order my food and to get it. Thought yeah at least it is going to be fresh and hot. Well I was highly disappointed my fries were cold and soggy and not cooked all the way thru. My hamburger was warm but greasy and they were not the friendliest either. Need less to say will not be stopping here again.
