Best chicken tenders ever And the fact that they have the white country gravy as a choice for dipping sauce makes it my go to fast food restaurant. Workers are usually always friendly and I’ve never gotten cold food from here.

Ordered a small cookie dough blizzard. They didn’t turn it upside down so that should have been a red flag. Started eating it and noticed that there wasn’t much cookie dough in this cookie dough blizzard and the ice cream was runny. Went back trough the drive through and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it because I already ate half of it, which wasn’t really much considering it was a small. I asked why they didn’t turn it upside down and she said, “we don’t do that at this location.” That’s a strong indicator that their product isn’t up to DQ standards. I made a point to say there wasn’t much cookie dough in the other half that was left and she offered to give me more cookie dough on the side. She gave me a small cup of chunks but because they were room temperature the remaining ice cream was reduced to slop with chunks on it.

We ordered ice cream ….the cones and banana split was just tossed together and the lady that waited in us was less than polite. I ordered a large chocolate malt, and what I gor was Vanilla ice-cream and milk poured on top of it. I would have returned it but the line got long so I just pitched it. Probably won’t visit that location again.

The new owners are immigrants and they are skimpy with toppings and cut corners. I am probably going to stop going there because it’s always a disappointment. I ordered a new york strawberry cheesecake blizzard and they skimp on the cheesecake chunks and they over mixed it where the chunks all got blended in with the ice cream. I can tell how bad it is when I go to the DQ in the city that puts the proper amount of toppings in and they even gave my dog a “pup cup” she loved it lol.

Went to grab a couple quarts of ice cream and the gal hands me two large soda cups full of ice cream with soda lids. I was confused because every other dairy Queen I go to gives you an actual quart container with a solid lid, sort of similar to something you’d buy in a store. I was at the DQ off georgesville Rd last week and that’s how they sold quarts. Feel like I got a 24oz cup and ripped off. If you live on the west side drive over to Georgesville Rd location, stay away from here

Ordered 2 Chili Cheese dogs, and got two boxes of mustard with some buns & weiners thrown in. Didn’t even get cheese. Took 40 minutes to get my order & the blizzard was melted by the time they even got to me. I called them back at this store & tried to get the situation handled and they said “oh we can probably do a gift card.” And I said okay cool, then they hung up on me.
