Ordered two blizzards and they came half melted and barely anything in them and what did come in them was the wrong ingredients. The worker didn’t give me a receipt, or napkins. For what I paid these jokers I could have bought a tub of ice cream and at least it would have been correct. These “workers” care more about what’s on there tick tock than getting a order correct.

Ordered a banana split blizzard and they gave it to me melted and when I went back to tell them, the girl said it’s not melted that’s how it is because of the toppings??? They did offer to remake it but I didn’t because, they really tried to tell me this is what a blizzard should look like, I’m more upset that they think I don’t know what a blizzard looks like. Never coming here again!!!

Love dq and have been there 3 times the past few weeks hoping they can fulfill my craving for a peanut butter shake. It took three trips and a special request to add extra peanut butter which i was charged for. We even told them that our last few visits for thr same shake didnt pan out because they tasted nothing like peanut butter, we got no response just pull around and we’ll charge you extra for the taste your looking for. 10.58 for 2 large shakes and whip cream on top, could have at least included a cherry just for the fun of it.
