Very bad phone experience this evening. Called to order birthday ice cream cake for Saturday and was told they need 3 days for that. I said you never have before and asked to speak to manager. Was told he was assistant manager and that was the way it was. I again asked to speak to manager and he again said he was assistant so I said that means you have a boss and I would like to speak to them. He again very rudely said he was the assistant mgr and there was no one else then hung up!!!

You have changed your shredded chicken sandwich that is only offered locally. We have checked at other local and other state DQs over the years and they don’t have it. This recipe has been around since the 70s or before. Please go back to the old recipe. The flavor is almost gone with your tweaks. This is like changing Coke, you just don’t mess with it. Find the old recipe hidden somewhere

When you order 2 vanilla moolattes and get 2 vanilla shakes and then say to the kid at the drive thru that there’s no coffee in these. He basically shrugs his shoulders and closes the window. Will not be going back!
