I went in to purchase an ice cream cake for a birthday, I was greeted immediately, the gentleman helped me pick it out, took it in the back to have the “Happy Birthday” message written on it. The restaurant was spotless. I have always gone through the drive through, but this was the first time I was ever inside and was impressed. The customer service was outstanding, restaurant was clean and food is always yummy.

This has been one of my many drive through times, with this Dairy Queen many times I have been through here and I always get the same thing a medium chocolate vanilla swirl dipped in chocolate, this has been the first and only time and quite possibly the last time, I got down to the cone and went to pull away the napkin and the paper around the cone and it was a mess napkin stuck to the cone and just a chocolate covered mess. I was not happy I took it inside to complain to the manager that the young lady working there at the soft serve didn’t know what she was doing, because I had also waited a lot longer then normal,usually the cone is ready and sitting there when I pull up to the window to pay but this time the guy working the cash register looked back and asked what’s wrong are you trying to dip that and I heard a lot of commotion then the young lady approached the window with my cone and sorry we were trying to dip this, turns out that this was the manager, and when I showed her what a mess that the cone was she said oh they all do that, so I just laid the mess up on the counter and walked out, I wasn’t going to get into that all the many others had all been perfect. She has no qualifications to be manager for any store in my opinion.

After a VERY disappointing meal I returned to use a FREE meal voucher I received. After an almost 10 minute wait after I “pulled forward” I drove home to find out I received a wrong burger (ordered a triple with bacon… got a double without bacon) and cold, soggy fries. Thank goodness the ice cream was good. I’m not complaining this time… just never going back to this location.

Every time I get something from this place…it’s wrong. Used the app, pick it up, the order is wrong, puppy chow blizzard..can’t even make that. I will drive to Weirton to that DQ before ordering from this place which is a half mile from where I live.

No more upside down blizzards?? Of course not, because they’re melted completely! Got to the window and I saw my blizzards on the table with lids. Didn’t say anything, paid and drove home… 5 mins away. No way if my blizzards were freshly made they’d be a complete liquid in 5 mins. Had the heat off in the car. Got home to puddles of ice cream and nasty chocolate fingerprints all over the cups. If I return for another blizzard, ill request its flipped. They can look stupid when it all falls out.

Disgraceful 2.19 for this a total ripoff what happen to the ice cream sandwich its significantly smaller and barely any ice cream in it.then they have the nerve to be selling these burnt up onion rings that I had to wait fifteen minutes for.
