This location has been my family’s go-to fast food place in Conneaut for as long as I can remember. The staff and manager are really kind and Katy/Katie (I don’t know which spelling she uses) is especially nice! I do think it has gone a little downhill over the years and almost every time we go they mess the order up and we have to go back.

I don’t know if it’s due to understaffing or lack of training, but this place is going down hill fast. No matter what size the order is, they always mess up something. They constantly forget things at the drivethru and everyone always seems to have an attitude.

Just had a bad experience with ordering at the drive through this Sunday on 4/2/23 at 4pm the girl was very rude and unprofessional so bad that I asked to speak with the manager and that’s not like me to take it that far so when the manager came to the window and identified herself as carley it turned out she was just as rude and unprofessional I am 65 years old and always visited dairy queen on Sunday afternoon unfortunately I won’t be back for a while until they change their staff with friendly professional customer service.
