This place was abandoned to like a ghost town and then I found out why… Basically their food isn’t fresh and they mess up orders. I ordered a 6-piece chicken and baskets and Ranch instead of gravy so they forgot my Ranch and the entire order was old except for the toast LOL my boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger meal his sandwich was fresh his fries were old they didn’t put ketchup on his sandwich and he specifically requested it. There was no one inside and only one person came to the drive through the entire maybe 30 or 40 minutes that we were there I think this little town knows all about Dairy Queen and the employees were found that employees were smoking in the parking lot and clearly there is a designated area check out the images please give me a thumbs up if this review was helpful. Also there’s a way better Dairy Queen not too far it’s on route 14 in Columbiana everything is always fresh there and the customer service is impeccable.

Ordered 8 piece meal and this is what I got four large chicken bits and then trimmings. Roughly 22 French fries now keep in mind I paid for the larger meal. Less than satisfied with this establishment.

22 minute wait in line at the drive thru. People in front of me must have ordered something hot!The drive thru edges are blocked with rocks and such so you can’t go around! Not sure what would happen if someone in line had a medical emergency!

Always love going when the previous owner Bob ran that Dairy Queen. Went there Sunday for dinner and it was an absolute disgrace, Burger was way over cooked, and the fries I ordered were only about a quarter of the way full. I also ordered two strawberry sundaes and they came with hardly any ice cream. Hopefully they get new owners and New Management
