Maybe I shouldn’t had done a 1 star. Ice cream cone was perfect. I was upset about being charged for taxes on it going thru the drive thru. Argue with them ohio doesn’t charge taxes on food when it leaves the premises. They said their new registers charges taxes. So I went ahead & paid it cause I love their ice cream

Food is always amazing here. Obviously it takes longer to get your food because it’s made to order, but that’s Dairy Queens whole thing lol. Always worth the wait. I’ve never had a wrong order that sticks out in my mind too. Honestly, the bacon cheeseburger I had today was just so good I felt like I should let you guys know you’re doing great. Thank you for your consistency!!

I love dairy queen food and drink, but this location really needs to get it together. I get it, employment times are rough right now and no one wants to work. But it’s getting bad. When I see 4 different people in the store and it takes 20 mins to get a burger and chicken. Set up expectations with your customers. Give us general wait times. Management may want to reconsider how they are handling their employees if your turn over rate is that bad or people are dragging their feet this much.

Takes forever to get food. I’ve been twice and each time I order the chicken strip basket and a blizzard. First time probably took 20 minutes. Second time it got so long of being pulled off to the side and passed by people behind me I called and was told they missed my order. They brought it out and weren’t very apologetic or offer anything or at least refund the meal. 30+ minutes on that occasion. Never to return. The long wait is a common negative review on here and it doesn’t appear they care too much about finding ways to make it better. Whit’s has way better ice cream anyway.

This was an amazing Dairy Queen. We had to wait longer than usual for our food, but it was worth it. My partner and I both ordered out usual chicken strip baskets. This chicken was hot, juicy, and fresh. The fresh were also piping hot. The gravy container was filled to the brim. The toast was extra toasty, instead of a light toast reminiscent of stale bread. This basket was well worth the wait because it exceeded our already high expectations for the chicken strip basket.
