This could be the dirtiest Dairy Queen I’ve ever visited, tables were unclean, bathroom smelled, just plain ugly. I know there were only 2 workers and people had to wait there but they still have a good Blizzard. Use the Drive-thru if you want fast service.

My husband and I went here to have lunch. They were out of a lot of stuff. One of the employees was very rude. They made the most ugly Sunday for a DQ Sunday. It wasn’t even over the top it just looks like a weird pile. But right after I paid they were like you have to eat that with a fork. I asked for a refund because the whole experience was just unprofessional. They definitely could of done better with the whole situation.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number seven for the chocolate shake. The wait wasn’t long at all. This surprised me in a pleasant way. However, when I look in the bag I only had a sandwich. The employee handed me my shake prior to the bag. When I mentioned that there weren’t any fries in the bag, he responded that I did not purchase fries. My total order cost was $12.72. I said I don’t know how I didn’t order fries when I said a number seven with a chocolate shake. He said, Oh I thought you just wanted the sandwich. If I just wanted the sandwich, why would I say number seven instead of a flamethrower sandwich? Also, I can’t understand how one sandwich and one shake would add up to $12.72 without fries. That is essentially $6 a piece and I know that is not the price of these items. However, since he never provided a receipt, the world may never know.

I stopped going to this location a couple of years ago because I bought a cheese burger and fries, and the bun was so old it crumbled when I picked it up. I decided a couple weeks ago to give DQ another chance but they still served me low quality outdated food.

Ordered a 6 piece and 4 piece chicken strip basket. When did drinks stop being included? I asked for a sprite and they thought I said an extra fry. Told me the sprite would be extra after running the card. Then asked if I could get some ketchup packets and was told that it was an extra charge. A couple cents per packet? He stated that they would lose money if he gave those out for no charge. Very unorganized and didn’t handle the situation professionally. So I paid for fry’s I didn’t want but couldn’t get a few ketchup packets. Yikes

I will never ever go back again after watching the lady at the window tonight who takes cash in rip a banana on the counter with her bare fingers in front of me. Meanwhile while the people inside are messing everything up there’s two more employees chain smoking right by the window.I live 2 mins away and they messed so much up that when I got home, everything was melted. I was already so grossed out I threw everything away.

we go here often. sometimes, it is a good experience, but: this time is just unexceptional. although the service was fast, instead of ranch with out chicken tendies, we got… GRAVY! WHAT??? gravy, straight up gravy. how do you mess up that bad. it’s good gravy, BUT NOT FOR CHICKEN! did they they we wouldn’t notice? they were in little styrofoam cups with lids, which was suspicious. then when i opened, it chunk. the ranch is consistently inconsistent, either being chunky or straight up liquid. but this, this just un—ex-cept-able. anyways. have a good day, and DONT GIVE PROPLE GRAVY WITH THEIR CHICKEN TENDIES. pls. thank u
