Avoid, avoid, avoid. Seriously you will come here once and never go back. Their sign is super out of date and hard to read. Half of their items are out and when you request something that isn’t marked sold out, that’s out too. I ordered a medium fry and it took them 10 minutes to give it to me. I was their only customer. They are dressed very inappropriately with their underwear showing. Just avoid.

Ordered a birthday cake days ahead of the date we needed it. It was a simple cake with a simple birthday message to be picked up at noon on a Saturday. We showed up, and two separate runs out to our car, we basically learn they forgot to make it. Mind you, it was to be ready by noon, and we were picking up at 5pm!

They were very rude. Allegedly made some friends of mine sit in line for five minutes only to tell them that they were closed and refused their order. I could understand them being closed, but I won’t excuse them making prospective customers sit at the menu wasting their time when you could have just told them you were closed when they pulled up. This is an outrage.

Pretty obvious it’s an independent owner who can’t keep up with quality or staff. Their ‘procedure’ of giving ice cream 10 minutes before the food should be an obvious WRONG way to do it, but they don’t mind that the ice cream is melted before you even get the food (why does it take almost 10 minutes to get a chili dog?), then the chili dogs are always upside down in the bag so all the chili is in the ‘bag’ and barely on the hot dog. This is a training/management failure as they are taught to get ice cream out before the food wiht no regard to how long the food takes. started driving the extra few miles to Whiteland where it’s MUCH better service. If you can’t compete, you shouldn’t have the DQ franchise.

This used to be the best dairy queen around. I just went and got the worst tasting ice cream I have every had. We had to throw them away after one bite. The lady at the drive thru was very nice cause there was a long wait due to them having to switch machines. But I don’t know if we got the bad ice cream from the other machine or what.

As the cashier was running my card at the drive thru another customer pulled in and she said “Ugh nooooo.” Over an hour before close. So super welcoming. Out of respect for the cashier and her hatred for customers we will not be returning.

Have been coming to this location for some time now. Always have had one issue or another but today when I watch the drive through woman flip a blizzard for the car infront of me and then not flip ours im going to say something. Per policy if the blizzard is not flipped for you before it is served it is suposed to be free. When I brought this up I was told “were family owned so we don’t follow that policy”. I’m curious if it is that or from the fact that we were basically served a milkshake and it would have spilled everywhere.

The wait was VERY long. The employee brought out my sundae ( melted). She said she wanted to bring it out before it melted. I’m sure it was the one that the car in front of me returned. Took my debit card and then returned it with the rest of my order. Very bad experience. Will not return to this one.

This DQ is horrible. I don’t think I’ve ever been here and the inside was open. We got here and the inside was “closed for renovations”, so we waited in a 30 minute drive-thru line just to get to the front and there was a sign that said “we can’t do 85 cent blizzards”. You can’t take your own app?! Ridiculous. Honestly this location needs to just shut down.
