I was i could give this rating less then a one .This is a horrible establishment there always some type of drama going on Not enough communication wit the workers.The food is horrible please dont reheat you will get sick currently recovering form eating their.They also have mold growing on the boxes and bugs so please be careful eating their.Also it not really worth your money . We visited last week and received the wrong ice cream. The same thing happened tonight. My husband ordered two Oreo Brookie Blizzards with peanut butter sauce, again, and both were wrong, again. This time the blizzards had no brownies in them, and instead of peanut butter sauce, the person put peanut butter cups. My husband even confirmed at the window that it was peanut butter sauce, and the man working said yes. It’s extremely, extremely frustrating to spend that much money on ice cream and have it wrong every time. A corporate customer service rep responded and said we’d hear from someone at our location, but we haven’t heard anything. Won’t go back to this location again.

The blizzard was blitz so Hard there was no crunchy chunks of puppy chow, felt like small sand like particles rather than the intended treat. Also wanted a shot of hot fudge added in and it wasn’t blended in, they have it a fudge core.

They over charged me then I heard one of them say multiple times it’s oy a few dollars I don’t know why they care. It’s the point they messed up and then complain that the customer wanted it fixed. Then i informed them they are charging 9% tax when Indiana charges 7% sales tax and they couldn’t answer why. I was finally given my order charged amount back but how many ppl are being over charged tax and how long has it been going on. Calling Monday to see what can be done about the taxes they are over charging on.

Repeat customer I just became. So many varieties to choose from. I mean the minute I walk through the door colors of fries, icecream, cheese, dripping wet hamburger grease everywhere. The staff is always happy and taking care of business. We sat down and ate because I couldn’t leave the place before eating my food. I will be back and next time before 4:00 to take advantage of the happy hour.
