I was informed today that although this store was able to take coupons last year by typing in the 5 digit code from the app that they can’t do that anymore because according to the manager (communicated through young man at the register) the owner won’t pay the $40,000 it apparently costs to have the system that accepts any coupons. I have a hard time believing a software upgrade/new register costs $40,000. What this sounds like to me is a second scenario here with the south side Dairy Queens’ owners won’t honor coupons to in order to protect their profits. Dairy Queen needs to have a corporate standard for their locations. I’m going to go get better ice cream now. At least the kid was nice about it.

Dad went in and got 3 cones and the staff was nice enough to carry 1 out for him. Had not had their ice cream in a long time and it tasted just as good as I remember.

Ordered reese’s blizzard with extra reese’s. The cup wasn’t even full. There was barely any reese’s just looking at it. The bottom half of the cup was unmixed vanilla ice cream. Didn’t finish the ice cream. Ridiculous! I won’t be back to that one again.

The times says nothing about 8 closing dining room rode bike here to get icecream I called and lady She says that the door closes at 8. And don’t say anything about that on the door or outside of store But then instead of letting me in Spend 10 for ice cream and leave just said oh we close doors but drive-thru open I’m on bike usally against policy so wasted time but clean store usally no problems .

This Dairy Queen seems to close the inside dining area really early and sometimes closes the drive-thru early, too. I think it is due to being short staffed.

When you want Dairy Queen this is the one to go to! There’s a lot of staff here so they’re great when taking your order and they don’t miss a beat, either!! The food is wonderful and hot always fresh, lots of different ice creams, ice cream cupfections, blizzards, Misty slushies with a variety of flavors… You can even get the entire banana split here! Dairy Queen can be a nice place to visit every now and then

Suppose to be open. Doors are closed and locked. Not even allowing delivery drivers inside. Really bs. I shouldn’t have to wait in the drive through 30 plus minutes for my customers food that’s getting cold. Meanwhile I could simply have walked in and right out.
