We had a very small pre-party for grandson’s 7th birthday. I ordered the cupcakes ahead and they were ready & waiting for us. The food was very good! Love the chicken strip basket with gravy, onion rings, drink & sundae. They even gave us certificates to get the sundaes later since we had the ice cream cupcakes! He had a great time!

I was there with my son and we ordered 2 burgers meals. I was shocked that they made them them put it in the box and then used microwave to heat it all up. There were even topings on them. I like the food at DQ, but this was gross.

They gave my the wrong blizzard and when I called to tell them it was wrong they told me I had to wait till tomorrow even tho I live 3 mins down the road, they literally ducked my whole night up all because they are careless people and selfish.

The manager and crew of this store went above and beyond the other day when my truck broke down in their parking lot, one of the girls came outside and stayed connected to my battery while I try to get my truck to start for at least 30 minutes and when we realized it wasn’t going to start she went back in and got her manager and crew and they came out and pushed my half ton truck into a parking spot for me, and let me keep it there overnight and assured me that it would be safe, as it was when I showed up the next day. I wish I knew all their names so I could thank them individually but they definitely went out of their way for me… And I’m very thankful for all of them! Thank you guys!!!!

I gave my boyfriend a list of what we want. One banana split all chocolate ice cream, reg toppings, extra pecans and no whip cream. Second one all chocolate ice cream, all strawberry toppings,no whip cream. He gave the girl the note. He gets home we have two banana splits all chocolate ice cream, nuts on both and 5 pieces of strawberry topping on both only. Why was this such a problem to get right? Had it wrote out and still wrong.

My chicken strip were NOT cooked. You could see the dough where it was still raw. My chicken sandwich was NOT done. Was red looking and hard dough on one side and half cooked on the other. Was absolutely disgusting and very disappointed in this place. Will never go back. Definitely letting corporate know about their non cooked food I was about to feed my young daughter. Gross!!
