Food and service were great except for the fact that they had no iced tea or any diet soda besides diet Coke. The store is very small. Also, what’s a Dairy Queen that can’t serve chocolate or twist cones? Oh well, at least they had vanilla ice cream and all the treats made with same.

the 5 star reviews must be from employees or their friends… ALL of the 1 star reviews are accurate. the older lady in the drive thru should find a new job that doesn’t involve talking to anyone. HORRIBLE customer service and absolutely NO mannerisms from this lady. i don’t expect 5 star service but seriously lady, show some respect for your customers. i thought maybe she was having an off day but looks like thats how this DQ likes to staff this store, with unprofessional workers. we only ordered 2 things and the blizzard… it didn’t have any thickness to it and the milkshake was barely a milkshake, more so chocolate milk. if i could leave a negative 5 star review i definitely would.

Terrible costumer service, she had an attitude the whole time we were ordering, and the food was also terrible. we got the food in to-go boxes that were melted, the pricing was outrageous and the price was not even listed on the receipts. Forgot the sauces we asked for and we only asked for 2 sauces. Will not be back.

Did not acknowledge us at the drive through with a “be right with you”, just let us sit there and have to say hello? To get their attention, and then sounded inconvenienced. When we got to the window, did not make eye contact and was indifferent to our order.

Got there a little before 4, read a sign on the door saying, sorry we will be closing at 4:30, hmmm well ok should be able to get my meal , eat and out before then. Got my meal at 4:08 during the wait a lady said they was locking the door at 4:15 and no one would be able to eat inside, if I would have known that I would have eaten somewhere else, again sign said closing at 4:30, not 4:15, won’t be back

1/9/23 – I’m not sure this place is open anymore? I drove there to get a couple double cheeseburgers during the 2 for $7 deal. It was 6:00pm, place was all dark, no inside lights on, outside sign was dark, so I didn’t even pull into the parking lot.
