I ordered a banana split and the flavor is ok, just not the presentation unfortunately. It overall just looks like a mess. I understand they are training new staff, but this should not have been served. It has maybe 7 pineapple pieces on it and there’s barely any strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce on it. Just a little disappointed in this Dairy Queen experience.

This location has been the most unprofessional and I do not recommend you spend your money here. Drive a few extra miles for better service. I have visited this place giving chances just hoping it would get better next time. I visited and was totally disrespected by the manager here ( Stephanie) she acted rude when I came in about my fries not being prepared and even asked me not to return to the place. I was floored, but I was thinking the same thing. No one had on any real work attire and the place was not clean. But she sat in the back office with nothing to do. This place needs to be closed or have better management. It shows this place has KIDS operating.

I am done going to this location. The last two times have been horrible. The night crew does not have it together. I got in the drive thru line at 755pm and they refused to serve me cause they were closed. No cone at the end of the drive and closing hrs are 8pm. I let it go and went to Culvers. Tonight it was 715pm. They got me again. The misty machine was closed for the night. Don’t go to this store especially at night. Just go to Culvers.

I ordered a thick malt with extra malt. I paid $5+ for the request. What I got was very disappointing it was chocolate milk and the first sip I took out of the straw had chunks of malt in it. I will never go here again. I do not want my money back I do not want anything in return
