Lady at the register had no idea about the menu asked her a question about what was on the burger she had no idea! Told her what we wanted like three times and she still messed up the order, then told her our sodas and she messed that up to told her we wanted the kids Sundays when we come back in after the kids are done eating and she made those, even though we told her not to yet, I asked her for eight packs of catch-up she gave me too. I asked for six more she gave me two more. She definitely needs to learn English needs to learn how to listen and needs to learn the menu. Otherwise she shouldn’t be working there. very dissatisfied with the service .

Beyond the customer service there isn’t anything to rave about here, my fries were cold and soggy clearly have been sitting out, I ordered and was charged for a triple cheese burger only got a double. I didn’t smell anything cooking or frying which has me scared to know what I was being served. I went here against my better judgement and boy did I pay for it smh never again

Haven’t been here in awhile. My burger was burnt and like rubber. We were surprised they don’t have chocolate ice cream. Kinda wierd since they are an ice cream based business. Food is expensive not good value. Probably won’t come back anytime soon…

Very slow. The only other time I’ve given one star reviews was at a McDonald’s with service this slow. I’ll go to a different Dairy Queen next time. Would be faster to drive further.

Been to this restaurant many times. Only get the ice cream. Service is typically slow. But definitely the best soft serve ice cream on North Ave in Wauwatosa. They are artful with the upside down blizzard demonstration to show that the ice cream will not fall out of the cup. They now offer dairy-free dilly bars, so I’m not sure if they should change their name to Dairy-Free Queen.

My last visit here was horrible. Chicken basket came with very dry bread the cashier had a bad attitude and the cook at this location had no idea what he was doing chicken tenders way undercooked and didn’t even get a cheese curds in the bag

I haven’t been to Dairy Queen in quite awhile. The one here in Tosa is not very clean at all. And based on a recent review I read they still aren’t. Even since the pandemic. There was another one I was in with my husband and it was unclean and smelled of gas like from a stove. I can’t believe Dairy Queen is still in business.
