We did an order for pick up and got there within 2 min of our pick up time. Order was ready to go and not melted (a risk you take when you order pick-up ice cream and the business makes it too soon). Service was very friendly and we sat at some nice tables outside.

Was in a few weeks ago and i was the only customer in the place. Took almost 15 mins to get a burger basket and when i did get it, it was all cold. So cold the cheese would not even melt. Not even start to melt. Bacon and meat were cold too. Dont know if it was an off day or normal but as for me i like my burgers hot. The buns were really cold.

One of our Blizzards came out liquid and overfilled, usually overfilling isn’t bad, but when they stick a sundae/parfait lid to conceal the thawed ice cream it makes a mess. The other we paid for was only mixed halfway down, although the other two had come out fine. All in all the rest of the service was good.
