Will never buy an ice cream cake again! Bought this for my mom’s birthday. The ice cream cakes have definitely gone up in price and down in value! The chocolate part you had to scoop off separately and there barley is any chocolate compared to how they used to be made. Taste was good and all as it’s only ice cream but very disappointed on how it was put together… not worth the cost it is what so ever!

Ordered extra dipping sauce, was charged for it and it was missing. Asked for a plain cheeseburger and it had everything on it. The food was cold. We live less than a mile and we went straight home. It’s like the employees have not pride except for dumping their blizzards upside down.

Firstly, the drive thru attendant was very rude upon pulling up to the speaker. (Charlene Slack) ended up being a manager. Ordered a number 1, and a number 7. Received a number 2, and a number 8. Probably paid for them as well. Wouldn’t know as no receipt was given. I hate to complain about “extra food,” but this is getting out of hand. Not the first experience like this at this establishment.

First time going here sense the move. Got some ice cream, service was great and friendly. Asked for more chocolate in the shake and offered to make a new one cause we already handled the blizzard due to covid reasons. So told them some extra brownies in cup would be fine. They followed through and took care of my concerns.

I ordered food for myself and my boyfriend yesterday (6/1/2022). We got it in a timely manner. But there was hair on the burger that I ordered, my boyfriend went up to the counter and told the workers about it and they took the basket and remade the food. I was very grossed out about the hair, then they didn’t even make the correct burger that I ordered when they remade the order. So I ended up throwing the whole thing away. I felt like it was a waste of my time and money. 21 dollars for a meal I didn’t eat and my boyfriend didn’t enjoy.

Decided to risk it and try the food. My Burger was easily one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. The thing was a mess and had horrible flavor. Took one bite and that was enough. I found a hair in my cheese curds. Everything went in the trash.
