Very friendly and welcoming team members! My brother and I got a couple ice cream treats and he loved his brownie cupfection (I believe that was the name of it) and I loved the blizzard with cookie dough that I ordered too. There was no wait to get inside surprisingly even though we arrived on a 90+ degree day.

This location has been operating for a very long time by a family that lives in the area. Everything is fresh. Throw away your expectations for FAST food because if it’s busy you’ll wait! But this is good because things aren’t sitting in warmers. Be patient, be nice to the staff who is mostly minors. Those who aren’t have been there for awhile with a passion to bring good consistent food to the community. It’s not operated love most traditional DQs so keep that in mind.

Staff often stand around telling stories of what’s going on in their lives, I’ve come her by myself a couple times to order one basket of chicken tenders and a treat, never takes than than 15 minutes for just that, even in a nearly empty lobby, maybe 1 or 2 other orders. Even if I order before them, they still find a way to get their orders first, no matter the size. Feels like some customers are constantly being out in the back burner. Regarding said basket of chicken tenders with a side of fries, fries are normally soggy or undercooked, chicken tenders can be the size of a carrot too.

Ahhhh…. Dairy Queen. The one stop shop to quench the crave of my need for a burger and fries. Also enough ice cream to shut the kids up. Love it. I’m a sucker for the Brookie Blizzard. Usually a medium is plenty but my inner fat kid can’t help but order the large. How can you go wrong with pieces of brownie and cookie mixed perfectly into soft serve vanilla ice cream. Naturally, we have to order the chicken strip Mel’s before the ice cream or the kids get full quicker. Not much else to say, if you’ve never been, you much try.

My wife and I both are our Stack burgers with forks because the buns were too stale to eat. The first bite of my burger the bun fell apart into pieces. Also the fries tasted like the were reheated in a microwave. The ice cream was good though.
