I was disappointed with the customer service on the whole. The staff just weren’t all that friendly, except for one woman I observed helping another customer. Though they do seem to have a sufficient number of employees. I ordered classic Dilly Bar and fries. Women who grabbed the dilly bar just plopped it on the counter so it came all cracked. However, I did appreciate how tidy the dine-in area was.

Every time I come to this Dairy Queen I’m reminded of why I’d rather go ANYWHERE else. Their customer service is so bad. It doesn’t matter which day or time, they’re unprofessional and rude. Today wasn’t much different, except I drove off to find a long red hair on my ice cream . Then I try to call several times, no one answers and the voicemail is full. Then all of a sudden, it stops ringing altogether.. I’d rather go to shakopee than come back, I’m surprised they’re still in business

The $0.85 deal is going on for small blizzards. We were told they don’t honor the deal when we ordered through drive-thru. However, if I order to pickup on the app, the deal goes through. When asked, they said they couldn’t scan the bar code. This is my final straw for this location as I have had multiple issues in the past. I will drive the extra 10min to go to a different DQ from now on.

Hot Eats. Cool Treats. Food quality was delicious and the service was friendly. Are you sure the kids meal hamburgers are regular adult size hamburgers. I like that they have a choice of chocolate milk for kids to drink. And instead of a toy they get an ice cream cone for free.

We went inside to eat and all the lights were turned off. I asked the manager if it was okay if we eat inside. After we got our food we sat down to eat. Still no light’s were turned on. My mom is 80 years old and she doesn’t like to eat in the dark. Lucky for us it was around 3 PM and the sun was still up. Seemed to me that the people who were working didn’t want people to come inside. The place was clean, probably because we were the first ones to eat inside all day.
