Asked for a vanilla shake with the crunch topping mixed in, they said no because it would “shatter the cup” but were willing to make a blizzard instead… not sure what the difference is, as it tasted the same as every other time I’ve ordered it before. Maybe try plastic cups instead of glass, 3 stars.

The saddest sundae I ever received. When they handed me this sundae I didn’t even have words to express how disappointed I was. It was so tiny. There was barely any ice cream. Dq just isn’t how it used to be. We also got a blizzard that was lacking toppings and wasn’t mixed in well. I’ll be skipping this DQ from now on and going to Culvers.

Disappointing to see that the Safety Shields have been taken down and the staff are not wearing masks any longer. It is unfortunate that they are putting their interests ahead of a customers. I just came back from a 7 State Road Trip and this is the first time I’ve come across service personnel putting themselves ahead of the public.

We just decided to enjoy a sweet treat after dinner, but realized that they would be closing soon. Very friendly and courteous woman took our order and said not to worry about the closing time, just enjoy. That there were plenty of closing tasks for them to do without disturbing us. Great service. Will definitely be return customers there.
