Would be great if I could get what I paid for. Spent over $50 and it was all a rip off. Wanted a basket with cheese curds ended up just getting fries and still paying the extra $1.20 for cheese curds. They charge $8 for salads and can barely cover the bottom of the container with lettuce but I’m suppose to pay almost $10 per salad for basically am empty bowl especially when I bought 2. Waste of money.

I tried to take my lunch break here because I was craving a burger, I started my day at 4am so when I seen 10am thought perfect ill go there. I was in he parking lot till 10:10 and they still hadn’t opened. The man behind the counter looked at me try and open the door at 10:05 and just turn back around. Maybe if you say your gonna open at 10 you should be open. As a maintence guy I don’t get much of a chance to get a decent lunch some times

Black chunks in my root beer 5/1/2022 12:15 pm I asked if was mold they told me no it’s normal when they change there pop has happened before cashier agreed they don’t clean em enough that’s why it probably had black chunks but she assured me it was not mold either way it’s bacteria built up in fountain pop machine she told me she would take care of it she flushed it out with some root beer and went back to work definitely don’t recommend this place just a bunch of kids working here had no clue what to do when I brought my chunky soda up to the counter

It may be just another Dairy Queen, but they’ve never hired a bad apple. Mostly run by younger kids but the service has never changed. Every time I go through the drive through they’ve never messed up my order. And the burgers here are always juicy, hot, and delicious. Ice cream is amazing. And there’s always a packed parking lot at lunch time. One of my local favorites. Sometimes fast food ISN’T just fast food.

The bun kinda tasted old or freezer burned. Besides that cheeseburger was fresh, hot fudge sundae was good even tho there was no nuts (cost $.75 extra). Lady was very nice and very new. Her boss was helping her on the register.

I usually never leave bad reviews. Especially for a place I used to work at. Today I decided to pick up some lunch for me and my mom. I went through the drive-thru where I waited 20 minutes just to get my order taken. I had gotten there at 3:40 p.m. and waited. Then when taking my order it was 4 and I was no longer able to get a $6 lunch. To me this seemed totally unfair. I changed my order and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. I’m sorry but when I worked there it was much faster. I do hope I am contacted about this.

This Dairy Queen essentially hasn’t changed since the early 90’s. Employees do not have very much experience, are lazy and quite rude! Went here last week with the kids hoping to try the new Blizzard flavors for the Summer and knew ahead of time what I like and have ordered at other Dairy Queens, just to be told blatantly “I will not make that!” verbatim. Albert Lea’s DQ makes whatever you ask for (if ingredients are available) to make what I like; Royal Drumstick Blizzard with Snickers as the filling, no questions asked but I cannot even get a twist cone in a cup @ Wells DQ!?!?
