Sat in the drive through for over an hour. They only served 2 customers at a time. My order was completely wrong and they took almost 15 minutes to remake 2 cheeseburgers. Didn’t get an apology or anything. I will not go back. They need to hire people that are willing to work and fire the lazy high school kids that are there now.

I went through the drive-thru and there were 2 cars in front of me. It took 15 minutes to get my food, which feels like an eternity when you’re parked in a drive-thru. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket. The gravy was so hot that it burned my tongue, I wasn’t expecting that because everything else was room temperature. It all tasted ok but it could’ve been given to me when it was warm at least.

Genuinely gross. Someone not in uniform took our order. She looked sick. She was coughing quite a bit and also wiping her nose often. Also, she also did not wash her hands after wiping her nose with her hand and then wiping her nose on the collar of her shirt before making our blizzards. Also didn’t wash her hands between the bites of food she was taking between giving out food and taking orders. I also watched her pull something out of one of her back teeth and then hand us a cup for water. She was nice and pleasant, but clearly not trained for food handling and should have not been working.

The food was good, but clearly this franchise needs a manager on duty to lead and direct others. A lot of young employees that need direction and improvement with professionalism. Dairy Queen also needs to increase their wages for this to happen to get competitive

Just recently I was through the drive threw and ordered my son a marshmallow malt. The whole “malt” was pure marshmallow cream. Oh and not to mention my mint ice cream that was white. When I asked for mint in my ice cream the staff was rude, rolled their eyes and slammed the window on me.

I loved my mini-sized blizzard on a hot day. I chose Girl Scout Thin Mint flavor. My grandson had the chicken strip meal and it was excellent. The building is clean and the staff were friendly.

Fries were old and cold. Burger was at best room temperature. Prices were too high for the quality of the food. Not really sure why we had to wait 20 minutes for old and cold food. Now for the service. If I wanted a show done by teenager’s I would have gone to a high school. Your customers don’t want to hear all your drama be and see you hitting each other or your dancing. Won’t be going here again
