Food is very good, but front door seems to always be locked and drive through usually takes ten minutes or more, even if there’s only a couple cars. We got there at 6:30 (sign on door clearly advertises that they close at 9) and the front door was locked, forcing us to wait in the drive through.

Slow service. Rude people at the drive-thru window. Food took forever, and then it was cold. We rarely go here because everything at this location has gone downhill over the last few years. Ice cream is always good, but it takes a long time to get it, and sometimes your cone will be half melted by the time you get it. We try to eat locally, but it’s getting really hard to support this business.

This Dairy Queen was a disaster. The call-in menu speaker at the drive-through was not working, so we had to order at the same window where we got the food. The one car ahead of us had to wait a long time to get their food, then they returned the drink for some reason. We were next. We waited about 10 minutes for a person to appear at the window. We ordered 1 large mocha Moo Latte. The price was over $6, a dollar higher than a Dairy Queen in another nearby town. Then, we waited and waited. Finally the Moo Latte arrived…but no mocha. We sent it back and they added chocolate, but no whipped cream. Close to 20 minutes had passed. We will never go there again.

The people that worked here last year (2022) were awesome. New people dont seem to really care. Dont 100% blame them but 15+ minutes in a drive thru is sad. Hope things improve for all.

They are having issues with speed. Perhaps not enough people working to get the orders out faster? But I like the food better than other fast food so I still go occasionally. Don’t go if you are in a hurry.

Worst service in town, stopped for lunch ordered a chili cheese dog combo, and a 7$ 3 piece chicken strips. After waiting for 29 minutes and seeing our food in the warming tray, we went up to ask if it was our food. They finally brought part of the order. We got the chilli cheese dog 1 fry and the chicken strips. Didn’t get 2nd fry or the Sunday that came with the meal. Food was cold from sitting for 20 minutes. It’s a shame how bad this restaurant is.

Terrible Drive Thru Service! Waited In Drive Thru At The Window For Like 20 Mins For 2 Medium Blizzards & A Small Strawberry Sundae while everyone was walking around looking like they had a thumbtack in their behind. Didn’t even tip our blizzards upside down because they were melted by the time we got ‘em. Never stopping here again!!

Card reader broke down, ice cream ran out and it took 20 minutes sitting in the drive through to get 3 items – a blizzard, medium coke, and fries. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order so I could go elsewhere but their manager said no because there was no reason to.
