The employee were polite and focused even during peak business traffic. The food however, was unacceptably dry, and unpleasant to eat, dry old onion rings, dry patties, and the sauce, the Brownie Extreme or whatever, was amazing and met expectations.

5.29.23 lunch. We stopped in for 2 blizzards. This place was busy but the young girl taking orders at the counter (receipt shows name as Jenny B) was on the ball. We like to see young people take initiative in their jobs.

They need some staff training bad. The place was filthy. Some staff wore gloves, and others did not. One wearing gloves were outside handling trash and smoking with the gloves on, but then we saw them inside and never saw them change their gloves. Trash overflowing dirty counter tops. Watched one staff member, wiped her hands on the butt of her pants in front of us, and then made another blizzard. Please fix these issues, and we will come back. If not, we won’t be back.

Prices have doubled in 5 yrs, sizes are smaller, and the food is about 75% as good. Restaurant was clean. They renovate every 2 years. Service wasn’t great, but could be worse.

I have been to this location many times. There have been several instances where I have ordered a blizzard with 2 toppings and only received 1 topping. Tonight I went through the drive through and there was an older man working the drive-thru. After I had placed my order I had politely asked him to ensure that both toppings made it in my ice cream because I typically get one or the other and not both. He then proceeded argue with me and state the he has worked there for several years and that he knows that both toppings have been in my blizzards. He then went on to tell me if you put Reese’s cups in chocolate ice cream you cannot see them to know they are there, which is definitely not the case. Furthermore, the other topping is the one I am typically missing. This man argued with me for several minutes. Once I got to the window and paid he slammed the drive-thru window. All of this happened in front of my children. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any customer service representative, let alone a family restaurant. It is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for an employee to argue with a customer in almost every circumstance.

We went there last night after a long day and just wanted a little something to eat and a dessert. Our burgers looked & tasted like they dat out overnight. They were hard to chew and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. The fries were way too salty so it just made the meal pretty inedible. To top it off halfways through my mind brownie blizzard, there was a huge chunk of cheesecake. I am very disappointed in this place. I won’t be coming back for a long while.
