Good ice cream but not enough people working there and they closed the inside at 8:40 on a Tuesday summer night. They had the drive through line almost on Lagrange road it was so backed up. Open it on the inside if it’s going to be like that good ice cream though.

Worst experience ever yesterday and will not be back. Waited 30 min in the drive thru. The person who took the order was incompetent. They kept messing up my order. I asked for lids for the blizzard. She hands it to me and my cookie dough blizzard looked like chocolate ice cream. She says they put fudge in there. Since when? I get my blizzard and instead of a lid they flipped over a sundae cup on top. It was melting. I tried to open it and the whole thing came apart. I ordered a chili cheese dog and the cheese was hard and crumbly. $14 for food i had to throw out!

went to DQ to get blizzards for employees, one of the girls likes extra candies and usually when you say that, they put like a little bit more in. These people put SO MANY m&ms in (he offered ratios of icecream to candy). Even if it was an upcharge, i do not care. The staff was so friendly, 10 out of 10 would recommend everyone go here for a smile

Waited 12 minutes for chicken strip basket with fries and rings only to find no onion rings and the smallest order of fries ever. I called the store and when I told her she chucked and said the girl who took my order didn’t tell them to add rings. She didn’t forget to charge me though. Terrible service, uninterested staff and by the way I was the only one in the drive thru. Never again.
