I didn’t catch the cashier’s name, but she was a happy and pretty young woman with dimples. An elderly couple just ahead of me had some unique requests during a fairly busy lunch crowd, but the cashier was patient and accommodating. It just impressed me and made my experience at Dairy Queen very pleasant. I felt valued as a customer and that means a great deal. I will gladly return.

Wanted to show what a great job Mika at our local Bowling Green Dairy Queen did for our Super Bowl Party! I didnt’t give her much direction except for colors and “Go Chiefs”. Hardly ever do reviews, much less for fast food, but this DQ was fantastic. We were there for dinner on hour seven of an eight-hour drive with young kids, and it was just what we needed. Staff incredibly nice and welcoming, and great towards our kids, and the food was excellent. Will try to come back when we’re back in the area!

I ordered a birthday cake for my son a week in advance. I called several days before the party to move the date up by 1 day. The day manager confirmed I had placed the original order, and told me she would have the cake ready by the new date. Come the agreed on time, the manager didn’t leave any instructions about the cake, and the original order had been deleted. I was offered a random cake that they slapped some words on for me, but it was far from what I was supposed to get. The staff who I spoke to where not the ones who caused the problem, and they were as helpful and polite as they could be in trying to make the issue better. I appreciate them and the 50% discount they offered, but this shouldn’t have happened

We got shakes and blizzards which overall are great. I had the smores shake which had a lot of pieces that were too big to fit through the straw. So a lot of chocolate remained at the bottom of the cup. The main issue was ordering, we had to repeat several times & the person taking the order sounded like they were whispering. Which could be the speaker itself (not the person).
