Everything else is great but the last two times I went there, my burger has been partially undercooked. It still felt cool to the touch so I’m doubting that it ever reached the 160° that would make it safe for consumption.

Was along time since I had DQ and it was pretty good we were the only ones that were there inside eating but it was nice and peaceful. Went there recently and waited in drive thru for 15 min for 2 cheeseburgers. They said they were waiting on the meat. That’s just along time to wait in drive thru for burgers I think..

Well this is normally my go to spot. Tonight, food was overcooked and I sat here for 20 minutes, the only customer, while they sat in there on their phones. Both girls working the window. Phones should NOT be out during work hours. Ladies, if you’re not busy, CLEAN THE STORE! and most importantly, don’t leave paying customers waiting so you can check your social media…smh

Just visited Potosi DQ, ordered my chicken strips fresh and was given old food and was told it was only a few minutes old. The manager is an older man, and he was so incredibly rude. Said he didn’t charge me for fresh food. They are o.k. with handing out dried up food, which was $12 for a meal. The manager wouldn’t replace my chicken or refund my money. I was then told the cops would be called. The only reason we have to ask for it fresh is because it’s ALWAYS old. I would really like the owner to know as I do believe this is an independently owned restaurant and because of it I think this terrible service is going unnoticed.

Very rude spent 60$ on dinner got mad at us for ordering sundaes which they have for sale! Ordered 4 chicken strip baskets and wouldn’t give me ranch because they come with gravy horrible little kids working for restaurants when people are hungry on Friday and work hard and want to feed their children dairy queen but can’t because kids are rude!!! And don’t need a job they need more disapline from their parents
