First time I’ve been to a DQ in several years and it was pretty good! I took my grandparents, one had the number ten burger with onion rings and the other had thenchken strip basket with fries. Both were really good- the tenders were dry and overcooked like some places and the burger was tasty. Wasn’t too busy and it was clean. The best part was Kat, the very nice lady who was bringing out dine in orders. She was super nice, getting my grandparents all the ketchup and napkins they could need, and kindly finding a place to safely stick my grandmother’s walker out of the way and bringing it back over when we were ready to head out. Kudos to Kat!

$6 for a 8oz cup that wasn’t even full. They don’t even know how to make there own menu items. I ordered a royal new York cheesecake blizzard. I got no cheesecake pieces and no strawberry sauce. I’m going to custards last stand from now on.

We stopped and girls softball team/parents came in right ahead of us. Employees never missed a beat and we were all served fast. I think the cashier was new and kept her cool. Employees were very friendly!

The lady who serviced me was ‘super’ AWESOME! She wished my daughter a ‘Happy Birthday’ and was EXTREMELY entertaining! I enjoyed being there ‘basking’ under her STELLAR/EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. She suggested to my daughter that she will put her ‘banana split’ (which she FILLED to the BRIM!;)) in the freezer and will give it to us, when we get our food which was ‘carry out’! She was the ‘one’ who extended herself, ADDITIONALLY, by calling our number from the food side. This worker went ‘over’ and BEYOND her job description and she is my Super STAR! She deserves a ‘raise’ AND a ‘promotion’!! THIS lady has got both TALENT and KNOWLEDGE on how to provide STELLAR customer service! There’s not MANY ‘out’ there LIKE her! She IS the ‘Queen’ of THAT dairy and wield’s her ‘scepter’ WELL!;)

Went thru the drive thru for two small cones, one of them dipped. Person at the window was too busy on their phone to greet us in any way other than to bark “8 dollars and 8 cents”. $8.08 for two small cones? Didn’t get a thank you either.

Last of a dying breed. This is one of the last DQ’s in the metro that I would actually take my family to. Plan to wait if you’re going to use the drive through on peak hours. Pretty easy to get in and out during the week days.

This place is the GOAT. Kept on having trouble making a review for this place because I would eat the food before taking any pictures. I was a regular at this place a few years ago. The manager and staff are cool. The food is especially delicious. You can rarely go wrong getting the Blizzard of the Month. The chicken strip basket is my go to main.

Not my favorite place for frozen treats or dining. The building is historic and quaint but the crowd size has outgrown it dramatically. Parking can be a challenge. The drive-thru can only hold 4 vehicles before spilling out into Douglas road. I recommend stopping in during lunch or off-beat times for best results. Avoid the area on Friday nights and summer evenings.
