I am from Iowa and I get the same thing, I ordered a Chocolate Brownie Extreme, and it is always with Chocolate ice cream not Vanilla, I hate vanilla ice cream. I’m pregnant and honestly very disappointed, I was wanting what I always get . And it is not what I ordered . I truly feel sad about the situation, because I shouldn’t have to be disappointed in the fact I can’t enjoy ice cream the way it’s supposed to be. And the fact I live in Iowa 4 hours north and I was craving chocolate.

We ate in just before their lobby closed. Employee Adam was super kind, took our order, brought our food to us, and then took our ice cream order amongst the hustle and bustle of the drive through and Door Dash orders…all with a friend demeanor and smile in his face! Food was fresh and hot. Ice cream orders were done perfectly. Definately a great experience!

Staff was friendly, the fries were hot and fresh (thought they were gonna melt my dentures lol). Burger was excellent. Can’t say anything about the ice cream as I didn’t get any on this visit but I am sure it will be good on a future visit.
