My family and I went through the drive through around 8:50 on a Tuesday night . I ordered a 4 pc tender combo. In my box was 2 decent sized tenders then 2 pathetic pieces that were smaller than McDonald’s nuggets. The inside was closed even though it said open. So disappointing. Now we’ve been waiting in the line for another ten minutes trying to get two actual tenders. Thankfully, A nice guy was able to fix it by giving me new tenders . So glad because I was very sad at first.

Ordered a 13th birthday cake for my daughter’s 13th bday. It was ready 4 hours late, had a chunk out of the top and was not as ordered. Manager told me that complaining about was insulting her and hung up on me. Also told me that if I brought the cake back, she would refund my money. Since it was the only cake I had for my daughter’s birthday, I told her only half was left. She said to bring it back and she would give me half my money back and hung up on me. Incredibly rude and incompetent.
