Food is good, the staff needs to be changed or needs better training. I ordered 3 blizzards through door dash for pickup. I was told they were ready. When I got there I had to wait another 20 minutes and they were wrong. My boyfriend went in and he waited another 10 minutes before the manager came out and did it herself. The manager was great but the staff was not so much.

I had the tacos..1st time I’d ever seen tacos at Dairy Queen. They were actually pretty good. Tasted similar to the old el paso taco mix you can make at home. Not like a taco bell taco. I’d have them again for sure

The new location is great, and the food is as expected. I only marked service with 4 stars because it is really slow, especially the drive thru. The staff are pleasant and attentive, it just seems very slow the few times we’ve been since this location recently opened up. We will be back as we do love DQ, and when we moved here it was only this or the golden arches across the highway back then.

First time I post a review but I thought it was worth noting, hopefully the owner reads it. So we arrived at 9:30 at the Forney location and ordered some food to dine in. We sat and got our order around 9:45, they forgot our kids dip cones and and got those around 9:50ish. At that time a lady working there (Wilma) told us we had 5 minutes to eat and then we had to leave. I thought that was strange given we had just got our food. She claimed that came directly from management. A few min. Later right before 10 another lady came out and said we had to leave the premises. We were about half ways on our food. I thought that was rude, strange and unprofessional. This is the first time we get kicked out of a restaurant because they wanted to clean and close. I understand it was close to closing but to not be given a few minutes to finish our food just seems wrong.
