Absolutely terrible. Kids working the drive through messing up orders and terrible service. Charged me $17 for a normal meal… didn’t notice till I got home and their number doesn’t work to refund me. The cashier appeared to be sleeping on the counter but instead her head was so far in her cell phone that she could not distinguish when a customer walked in or needed to order. She finally woke up and took our order. As we sat there waiting, I noticed our order sitting in the food window. Again, the cashier was so involved in her phone she didn’t notice the food was ready nor cared to alert us that it was ready. My husband went to the counter, had to get her attention away from her phone and asked if that was our food. She annoyingly handed him our food and went back to her head down, cell phone involved posture on the counter. Needless to say, our food was cold. We did not attempt to resolve this issue as this business had already established there was no concern for customer satisfaction. Worst experience at a DQ that I have ever had.

Dairy Queen usually does a decent burger and onion rings, but today they missed the mark. Onion rings were way over cooked and burger must have been pre-cooked; meat wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese.

There were approximately 7 cars in front of me but we waited because the inside was locked. I ordered 3 tacos and chicken strips for my babies. After 10-12 minutes I get to the window and am handed the order. We stopped by the gas station and I looked- the order was correct and had all the condiments requested. But I was so disappointed in how my tacos looked. They looked like they were thrown together literally. I took receipt out and called. After several rings a woman answered she asked me to hold. The cashier that took my order came on the line. I explained that this was not acceptable and would like a new better prepared order or my money back. Now parked in front of their front door I explained “I understand that the sign right here says due to a staffing shortage the inside is closed but this will not work.” She said she’d make my order again and bring to the car, which she did. It was much better!

On 05/13/2023 around 3:30 pm I entered the restaurant with my wife and 2 year old daughter, we got two meals and one kids meal, the young man taking our order who was wearing black pants and black hoodie and had curly hair gave us top quality service, he was very kind and professional! The drinking cup that came with my daughters meal did not come with a short straw for her so the young man who took our order cut the long straw to better fit her needs! Went above and beyond and I give that young man an A+, he will go far in life! The food was great so cudos to the cooks! Will be coming back!

The burgers were dry and tasteless. The fries were extremely salty. They gave me icreams with no tops that leaked in me vehicle. The sweet tea was barely sweet and the blizzard that was supposed to be reeses was only vanilla icream with too many salty pretzels. Just horrible all around. Never going back. I want my money back.
