The DQs experience here is so amazing the staff is all kind & friendly. The service & the Food is top tier & excellent. Except. There’s always a bad apple in the basket. One of the managers in the morning. Maria I think it is. Beyond unprofessional. Unsanitary & racist. She denied water. Water. Not only that. The last time I went here. She went to the restroom twice within the 30 minutes I was there. Not once did I hear the sink turn on to wash her hands. On top of picking her nose & still tried to hand me my order thankfully someone else helped me. I wish the owners correct this behavior people like her are why some people are deterred from coming back. Water/Ice should Never be denied to Anyone under any circumstances. No matter who you are, Maria. Try some therapy & a salad & not pick on a brotha. You thought I wasn’t gone say nothing.

This place has extremely poor customer service!! The Hispanic manager that works nights after 9pm 2/24/23 Needs to be re trained on customer service and empathy.
