I thought since I had not gone there in awhile good would be better. Had to put fries in the air fryer just to have them crispy and hot. Sad. That’s how it is most of the time. Always cold fries. Always. Burger over cooked barely edible. Tomato was nice but that’s it. I actually went directly to Whataburger to get fresh fries instead of going back to DQ. Only ice cream next time I guess. I wish I could get my money back but last time I called to get my money back someone told me “since I ate the food issue” “umm I’m diabetic”I needed to eat. To embarrassing to go through that again. Better to buy fries from someone else.

Every time I go there is always employees vaping inside the building!!! C’mon you can wait on your break to smoke? Also every time I get a dip cone it’s all sloppy like it’s about to fall over so I tell them to give me a new one and they get an attitude

Don’t ask for ice water with your ice cream because a small ice water will be rang up on your receipt as 2 sm drink, I sweet tea, 1 sweet tea. $2.19 per drink. Per my receipt I was charged for 2 sweet teas but received 2 ice waters and had to pay for it.

Came to grab blizzards and when ordering was told they don’t have chocolate ice cream…. Would love to understand how a fast food restaurant known for their DAIRY products/ice cream doesn’t have chocolate ice cream. But you can order a chocolate shake? The blizzard’s themselves aren’t even worth it at this point. Takes forever to get less than 5 items and the staff acts bothered every time. Thank you- next!

Ordered food, waited with my daughter and lost track of time. Realized we had been sitting there for 45 min. I asked where our food was and they turned around, grabbed a tray from behind the counter and said “here you go”. I said “you mean our food has been sitting there for over half an hour?!” They said “yeah, we’re short staffed”. They didn’t offer to remake it or refund, just expected us to eat cold, soggy food (they didn’t get the order right either). The real kicker is that we were literally the only people in the store. I guess they were so short staffed they couldn’t handle the one order they had.

The staff is not bad. But the food is horrible. Been there 3 different times. Food is cold fries are cold and you complain about it and they act like it’s not a big deal. The manager seems like he doesn’t care about the place. Maybe needs a new job.

I ordered the hunger buster, she asked if I wanted cheese. I said no thank you. Got back to work and don’t you know not only did it have cheese, but there was sooooo much mustard that the bun was soggy. I will NEVER go back to this Dairy Queen. Sad

They Parked a car in front of the drive through speaker and closed 20 minutes early. All the lights were on and there were several cars waiting in the drive through. Really weird situation the car at the actual window was being served. Guy on the speaker was saying closed to the parked car.

I wouldn’t eat at this restaurant if you paid me! The employees are rude. They don’t want to work, I even spoke with the owner and he did not care about anything I had to say, telling me it wasn’t a good time to call. What happened to the customer is always right?! The employees don’t want to work, they don’t answer their phones. And they laugh at Dashers who are trying to earn a living helping to bring food to us. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!
