Two people at registers. One counting money, the other taking order on phone. Me patiently waiting at counter for service until someone is available to take my order, then run around by another customer who was clearly not in line before I was. Nobody says anything and takes the order of the cutting customer. Instead of making a scene, I leave and go to Sonic and save money. Good job DQ. No rating on food because I didn’t get any.

Waited over 30 minutes for 4 tacos, a burger and large fry. Had to come into the store from waiting out front watching other people get food that arrived after us. Just to receive cold food when I got in there and asked what the hold up was. In my opinion if you’re there waiting before other customers you should get your food first. Not last, it was a terrible experience to say the least. I’m very disappointed in the service tonight all the way around.

Horrible, service was bad, you may get my order correct if you stop talking to your friends. Order 4 cheeseburgers and 4 fries. Received 4 cold burgers with old buns and 1 fry.. We have given this DQ many toy’s it gets worse everything. The Texas Stop Sign is my Jam but stop this lication
