Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Sadly, the place should be remodeled or leveled. It’s a quaint and warm little spot, but the building is falling apart and it would seem that the owners are unable or unaware of its state.

Took 30 minutes to get 4 ice creams and didn’t get the ice cream I ordered. And they didn’t give me my other 2 ice creams that I had ordered but they didn’t charge me they just completely forgot about it and the. Ice cream was running and I asked them for whip cream on 3 of my. Banana splits and they told me they couldn’t give me whip cream in place of bananas cause they were out of bananas and then didn’t give them at all. This dairy queen really needs a revamp and responsible team members. This is the most rundown establishment in Carthage tx and the service is absolutely unexceptible.

Food was great! Very friendly staff especially Morgan, what an asset to DQ! You need to keep him happy so he doesn’t leave! Plenty of seating and parking. Decided to stop on my way to Louisiana Tech from Houston. Enjoyable experience for a restaurant in the middle of nowhere!

Absolutely rudest manager I’ve ever seen. Even the employees were apologizing for her rudeness. Food was wrong multiple times,fries were not even halfway full and when asked about it, she said that was a full order of fries. Blizzards were only halfway full and mostly liquid. My son was ordering his Blizzard after he didn’t eat his rubber chicken strips and as he was ordering he thought someone said his name so he looked back at the table and the manager looks at him and says, “is there a problem”??? I’ve been to some pitiful excuses for a restaurant but this one takes first place on the list.

The kids behind the counter and the window have zero customer service skills. I order to large drinks only. There was soda all over the cup when we asked for napkins the girl was rude. She did not say your welcome or tell us goodbye as we left. Place is going down hill.
