How do I get a full refund? Just bought a Hunger-Buster Jr, onion rings & a Dr Pepper. The burger wasn’t completely cooked, the onion rings were very greasy & my drink taste like water. I had to throw everything in the trash. $10 down the drain.

Several people working counter. I ordered 2 blizzards and waited more than 20 minutes for them. Finally, I went up to ask about them and they asked what I ordered. I showed them my receipt and then it took several more minutes to finally get my order. Meanwhile, other people were ordering icecream after me and getting their orders before me.

Today I got a grilled cheese add bacon, and what I got was two pieces of greasy, butter bread not toasted, with cheese in the middle that was not melted, and a couple of end burnt pieces of bacon to say I was disappointing when I got home would be an understatement Plus about a small order of fries that at 4:00 in the afternoon looked and taste like they had been left over for lunch. Now come on dairy Queen I expect better from y’all!

Pretty cool. I loved the funky window. The staff were great, and smiled to us even though we came in only half an hour before close, and they treated us sorta cool-like. Like… They were talking about movies, and they asked the guy taking our order, and he sorta responded, but tried to keep himself focused on us. But then the guys in the back asked us for our opinions?? Lol, love that.

The price has become outrageous at all Tyler DQs. Food is good, blizzards are inconsistently loaded, and the price, oh the price. It hurts. It is more than chick fil a and more than most nice quality restraints with table service. But hope springs eternal and they keep suckering me back with the periodic monthly blizzard.
