What is wrong with the DQ in Troup??? Almost every time I go something is messed up. I got nachos and told them no tomatoes. The lady then asked me if I still wanted the peppers and onions and I said NO. And when I got my food and headed home, and opened it both of my nachos had everything. Spent most of the time picking all that out than I did eating. Seems like they don’t even listen.

It’s time for Troup to get some new places to eat. If any decent food service comes to this town they would make a killing because la hacienda is the only okay place to eat Dairy Queen is absolutely horrible. I sat in the Drive-Thru over 30 minutes finally went inside and everybody was running around like their head was cut off. Some random appearance employee walked in like a bum wearing shorts and a dirty black shirt with a hat barely on and walked around to the register and ask the next customer that was in line did they want something to eat. Why else would someone be there? When I asked where my food was they said they were bagging it up whenever it actually wasn’t even done yet after over 30 minutes. Then the lady asked that random dirty looking associate to bag up my order and he looked at everything and said I don’t know anything is I can’t do anything and just walked away after looking me right in my eyes. The associate that took my order was outside throwing away the trash and the lady that was in there was just hating her entire life. As I was there asking for my money back now another customer walked in and immediately demanded their money back also. If this place ever had any dignity or quality it is now gone. Close it down. Replace it with something that actually matters

Keep I mind, this is an ice cream joint. However the food is pretty good. I love the tacos and they have never been greasy. You can even go kinda healthy and get a taco salad with chicken. Just remember this is fast food, not fine dining.

Took 30 minutes to get one burger and fries. The whole kitchen crew was so excited they had people in the drive thru, they were break dancing. She said she was apologetic, but in my opinion she was just sorry.

Stopped here for breakfast. The food was hot and fresh. Crispy bacon and the gravy was very good. Platter was under $7 not bad for the portion we got. The Hispanic lady that served us was so nice and friendly. She made our morning with how she treated not just her regular customers she knew by name but also folks like us that are traveling through troup.
