My recent experience at Dairy Queen left much to be desired. While the establishment is known for its delicious ice cream treats, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the popular Blizzard with Snickers was not mixed thoroughly, leading to a less-than-ideal dessert experience.

I waited 6 min at the drive thru window for my food. I ordered a grill cheese for my mom and this is what we got .. seriously? This is disgusting! The kids working there don’t seem to care about their jobs. They were just laughing and carrying on while I was waiting … never going back. I’ll call management

Worst ever Dairy Queen. I got in line at the drive through and waited without moving for 5 mins. I then gave up and went inside and ordered. Ordered a medium blizzard at 7:49, while waiting 2 groups came in and left waiting for people to take their order, no one noticed. At 8:10 they asked what I ordered. When I said “a blizzard 20 mins ago” the lady got an attitude and sent a guy out with a cone to give me. I didn’t want a free cone on top of the ice cream I ordered, he then got mad I wouldn’t take it. So I left. $5 spent for absolutely nothing but wasted time.

Lines always long because they slow…. Ice cream melting by the time you get it. Food prepared is subpar. AND HOW ARE YOU OUT OF BANANAS FOR 2 WEEKS IN A ROW. Throw the whole building away!
