We did have to stand and wait for them to stop talking before taking our order and the parking lot had a huge hole that needed to be fixed and the bathroom was suspicious. We went in on the free vanilla small cone day but decided to eat lunch first then get our ice cream. The chicken strips, on the chicken strip basket, were so fresh and crunchy. The fries were also delicious and piping hot fresh! The ice cream is so rich and creamy. This little restaurant out here, just before you reach Crowley, is a very nice establishment. Everyone was so efficient and helpful.

EXTREMELY Disappointing… I have worked for a Dairy Queen in the past, and I have never seen the service as horrible as this one… They barely put any toppings in the blizzards and mess up your ice-cream orders… it’s like pulling teeth to get them to actually do anything. Then there is the horrible girl working the drive-through that leaves you waiting forever and has the worst attitude when you have to actually come in to get your food… because all of them forgot they asked you to pull around and wait. I’ve kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt… but this has happened on more than 3 occasions.

Super slow the car in front of me ordered a blizzard, and it took like 10 minutes to get her order (drive thru) and then another ten to pick it up. I ordered 3 ice cream cones, and it also took about the same time.

Worst customer service ever, took 29 mins to get my food and it was wrong, and had missing items. Girl at the counter didn’t speak AT ALL, Rude & annoyed by the fact there was people coming in to order food. Terribly understaffed, only 1 cook in the whole building. 3 people total working, Won’t ever return!

My 9 year told me the lady working the drive thru was looking at me like I was crazy when I was looking away. She told me to pull around to the front to wait. Waited about 15 mins. Another lady brought the food out. I noticed they got forgot the ice cream cone for my son. They left me at the front counter for about 15 minutes while they tended slowly to other things all the while it ended up being about 7 people waiting in line behind me. They wanted to see my receipt even though she just brought the food out to me and then she told me she couldn’t help me that the other lady had to and I had to wait a few more minutes. Never going back. A mess.

Went to Dairy Queen 3/19/23 to get my pregnant wife a #1 (burger fries combo) when I got home she opened it up,brown hair in her hamburger OMG! When I returned to the restaurant to get my money back, there was three ladies working inside all with different color hair, one with black hair, one with red hair and the one with the brown hair was the manager on the grill making the burgers in the back smh she knows better GET SOME HAIR NETS PEOPLE
