I’ve tried this location a few times. Smh… Just disappointed each time. Ordered a Jr burger and a taco salad. Burger so dry, bun was old. Taco salad looked nothing like the picture. DQ is a staple in Texas. Get it together, please!

My mother walked it to establishment to get a cake for my 21st first birthday. We travelled here to be with family in the area for my birthday. When my walked there was a line with NO cashier so she waited in line. There was only one person in front the “general manger” walked out to start talking orders. When my mom got the front of the line she asked about cakes as advertised the so called “general manager” responded with “ are you kidding me you waited to that line for a custom cake when we’re this busy I’m not taking your order”. You guys are clearly short staff with you modified hours. And as a general manager a very successful franchise I can tell you that this location is will not get staff as long as she is still general manager. This is not acceptable I’m sure not corporates standard especially when all your doing is losing money closes early cause you general manger can’t staff her store. I’m sure you should be taking every order you can.

Burger and malt was very good. The drive-thru was very slow. They will not take your order until the previous car moves forward to a “waiting” line. They offer no condiments or napkins and give neither.

Waited too long for my food and and their nachos were nasty and barely had any cheese on the chips. The number 4 meals were nasty too. Customer service wasn’t good either. They charge too much and what I paid was almost $30 for myself and my son and the only thing good out of our order was the hot fudge sundaes

Seems to be a consist problem where you get your blizzard right away and then sit for 10 minutes waiting on your food, so much so that all the ice cream melts. (Drive thru) And my 6 piece chicken strip meal is looking a little short…
