We ordered three blizzards and two of them came through perfectly. One was a mix-up, but that happens. I’ll definitely go back again. They should fix their speaker system to the outdoor order platform. Again, in that kind of weather, it’s understandable. They should just stay on top of it.

The service is awful. Last time I got ice cream here, I did not get what I ordered. Today, I spent about three minutes waiting for someone to take my order only to be told at the window that it would take around 10 minutes for the ice cream machines to work properly. Surely, this is an issue that could have been resolved BEFORE the store even opened. I don’t think I’m going to come back. It just seems like the employees don’t care about their work.

As always, the DQ Blizzard is delicious. It is made well, each time. The food is hot and fresh. Our order was made accurately. The service… well, this one and only location is slothfully slow. It seems they are usually under staffed. The wait time inside or out in the drive-thru is around 15 to 20 minutes. Whenever we go to DQ we make sure to have plenty of time to wait… not in a hurry. Sorry DQ, we love y’all, but you’re too dang slow.

We ordered food through Uber Eats and when I tell you this is the most disgusting DQ experience I’ve ever had. The fries were so soggy and cold. The chili cheese fries tasted like canned dog food. The entire meal was cold and honestly tasted off. If you are craving DQ, just go to the one in Holliday.

I’m not sure how I’ve never been to dairy Queen in my entire life but boy I can tell you I was missing out. Absolutely delicious. It also did a tear up my stomach so that’s great. This was specifically for the soft serve. I can’t talk about the food. Never had it.

Surprisingly pleasant stop! Food came out fast and the ice cream came out faster. Food was hot and good, service was friendly. CLEANEST DQ I’ve ever seen. I didn’t get that icky feeling from dirty floors and tables. 10/10 will stop again.

Slow to get food ready. Waited over twenty minutes for three tacos. This is a fast food joint. Then when the main supervisor was informed. Instead of making it right and being apologetic. She has an attitude that there is five people ahead of me. Really cause when I walked in there was nobody in line or waiting. Anyways that’s not my point lady. Wow what a poor management demeanor. Was not handled well at all.
