I am sorry but I have to change my review. The service here was an absolute disaster. I went there about 6:15 pm weekday night and went in and ordered 2 burger meals. Then I waited a long time maybe 30 minutes and I asked the manager about my order and he went to look. He came back later and asked me what I ordered. Then he came back later and said he couldn’t find it.

I went there just yesterday and ordered a DQ Dude sandwich and a large Dr. Pepper. I told the guy at the window that I come to this location because it is the best DQ in the county. A fist bump was in order after he gave me my drink . No joking, The food is always picture perfect. The bun is not all beat up and the fries were there to fill in like a fry tater does . You know because taters kinda say ,” Hey! Hold on a minute, have some of these” so drag a few through some ketchup and BAM! The fries are hittin. I witnessed them. They were good. Visit the DQ on N.18th and get ya some of the tacos, milk shakes… Hot fudge malt is my favorite so fellow patriots I must say”YE$” if the question is ” is DQ on 18th a good place to munch?”.

I got two blizzards from this place. Large size, and they didn’t even fill the container. It was basically a medium in a large cup. When asked for them to fill the container, they put more in it but still didn’t fill the container. I didn’t ask them again. I didn’t think I should have to ask them twice, either. I wouldn’t suggest this place unless you like paying more for what you get.

It took them over 20 minutes to bring out a burger and onion rings. The burger tasted bad. The flavor was nondescript and slimy. The onion rings were pretty good; very crispy. Hence the two-star rating. As I was sitting there watching two employees meander about filling bins and keeping busy I noticed they were wearing gloves. The disturbing part was watching one young woman touch multiple surfaces during her task and then proceed to touch food with the same gloves. I think this restaurant could use a health and safety refresher on food handling. I won’t be trying DQ ever again. This is the third time in three different cities and I have had similar experiences at each location.

No customers were in the store. Took a few minutes for the four standing around the back to even look over their shoulder at us. My son cleared his throat pretty loudly and finally the young man ,unwilling, walked over and took our order. I know we dont look like y’all. But neither did the other 2 customers.
