There were ants crawling all over the table. I asked to speak to the manager, she didn’t apologize and just told me ” their sugar ants, no one is supposed to sit there, someone took off the sign”. Then went back to work like normal. My burger wasn’t fresh and they ran out of chicken to add to the taco salad. Finally, my burger wasn’t fresh but we left because of the bugs. I feel the atmosphere could be better way better… They just need to update or do something to make it feel like we are dining in a cleaner environment. Besides that the food is great and depending on the workers service is welcoming. The burgers are so so good!

I normally don’t do bad reviews, but this DQ disappointed me. 1st off, the service was bad. An associate behind the kitchen had an attitude when told that we were given the wrong order. She rudely told my wife to give her the burger when she already had it. 2nd, I took my grandson to the bathroom and saw a worker using the urinal. He flushed it and didn’t bother to wash his hands. 3rd, I ordered 2 blizzards and 3 sundaes. They did not even bring the ice cream nor inform us they were ready. Our Blizzards looked like milkshakes. SO DISSAPOINTED!!!!!

I tried to place an order over the phone and the manager wouldn’t allow me to. I asked for an explanation, because I never’d had this problem before and I always call it in because I’m usually in my semi. The lady hung the phone up in my face after I asked for GM information. The team in photo initiated it all. Once i arrived to the restaurant The manager wouldn’t come to the window and talk as I tried to place an order at the drive through window the same guy (Zach) told me I needed it to be in a car. I explained that I was in a 18-wheeler and that’s was the reason I tried placing an order over the phone. His next excuse was they had no food, but a took an order from a car at the speaker behind me. I asked for the GM info they lied to me. I asked for the on shift members name he claimed their names was Jeniffer and Zach. He also said the manager couldn’t come speak with me because she was gone for the night, after relating countless messages for her. However I could hear speaking in the background loud and clear. After I told him I could hear her he no longer came to the window he sent another employee. This was the first time I witnessed poor service as it was this particular night.

Horrible customer service. The girl that took my order in the drive-thru was very rude. I ordered a steak finger basket combo, and “the girl” kept asking if I wanted a drink. Common sense says if I ordered the “combo,” I want everything that comes with it. She had already come on the intercom with a bad attitude. She had one job “be polite” and “take my order,” and she wasn’t even capable of doing that, and there is NO ONE professional enough there to help.

1st, let me share some negatives: We have always looked forward to going out, getting ice cream and taking our dog with us, but $2 for a pup cup is ridiculous. Whip cream in a cup to bless an owner is a huge way to keep people coming back. 2ndly, I have not been really impressed with the staff, just seemed they did not care.

Dairy Queen that I knew and enjoyed as a kid is gone – it is finished – no more. Went in at 6:00 pm today, staff were rude, no welcoming feeling, could not take a simple sundae order to save themselves. Further, the product received was absolutely disgusting. True slop. I never knew that Diary Queen ice cream is so stuffed with artificial, non-dairy emulsifier ingredients, that it will not melt in 90 degree heat. Impressive. Even if you enjoy the plastic, non-melting ice cream, you’d be best advised to steer clear of the 3121 West Grand Parkway Dairy Queen. It was a painful $10 lesson in future avoidance.

I had to go and ask for my 2 blizzards after a 15 minute wait only to find they didn’t give me the correct order so they had to remake them. Person at the counter was one of most most unfriendly customer service person I have encountered.
