It just seems to be getting worse and worse. Every time I go for a Reece’s peanut butter cup blizzard the employees seemed confused and don’t know what I’m talking about. I have to repeat myself several times before something clicks. It happened again today, receipt says pb blizzard and we were given another Oreo blizzard. The customer service is non existent as well. This place needs not only a makeover, but competent friendly staff that can take a simple order. Sad because I remember coming here when I was younger and it was always a great experience.

Young lady working drive through during summer was being herself had a friend in drive through b4 us and after they left she was still laughing taking our order. Such simple things as seeing kids with not all the worries if the world on there shoulders still laughing and having fun. That’s where the flash back begins. We ordered 5 blizzards and when I say they made them how the old time blizzards were made where they actually put the product u ask for in so u can see it. Omg so amazing thank you for this experience.

Food was great, my only issue was the person speaking through the drive thru speaker was so quiet I couldn’t hear them. Fortunately, another employee figured that out and took over. The blizzard we ordered was filled really high above the cup and melted all in my cup holder while taking it home.

It had been a while since I visited a DQ. The drive-thru service was prompt and the order was quick and accurate. The drive thru lane was a bit narrow but that’s not a big deal. Overall it was great and the food was hot and delicious!

Unable to communicate thru drive thru speaker. Then order was wrong went back got right order then young lady has attitude I told her thank you and she gave me a ugly stare I brushed it off. I remembered why I don’t stop there they always had a problem with customer service.

I took my momma to eat there and everything was good. Food came out quick, the employees were very nice. Michael took my order, he was nice. I ate double burger and momma ate steak finger basket. Very delicious.
