You know, for it being a DAIRY queen they tend to not have ice cream quite often. I can’t count how many times I’ve tried to take my kids for ice cream, and we get told they’re out for the night. It’s not even 7 P.M. when I go. There is no reason y’all can’t open another bag, and put it in that machine. Not to mention, the people there aren’t very polite. A lot of teenagers that need some better customer service training. This place is so close to losing a lot of business, including mine.

Hometown craves place to be! Angleton, TX location beats all others hands down! Here via drive thru w/any purchase doggies get a treat too(pup cup) for FREE be sure to inform server of # of pups in car they have to see doggie. Nowadays nothing is free so kudos to DQ in my hometown for their kindness/love Went to DQ in Plainview, Tx (childhoodhm town) & apparently they’re independently owned & don’t participate in ANY promo sales much less freebies for any1. I love this restaurant. The color of the interior makes it nice and cozy, however, the chairs and tables are sometimes sticky. The majority of the fault comes from people not cleaning up after themselves. The employees work there to provide a great service but not to be anybody’s babysitter nor clean up after messy children or adults. Aside from that, the temperature of the food, taste, drinks, are all great. Employees are courteous and respectful.

My wife and I went to the Angleton location ordered our meals . Asked no lettuce. Lettuce makes me sick . When I received my burger it had lettuce on it . Took it to the counter to let them know. And they took it back and instead of making me a new hamburger they just scraped off most of the lettuce and poured alot of mustard on it to cover up the rest of lettuce they missed . Could not eat it through it away and we left . I will never eat at dairy queen again and I’ve let my family know too and they agreed. If they’ll go that far to cover-up a mistake who knows what they’ll do the next time. Very unhappy.

Been a while since I have eaten at Dairy Queen, wow what a experience. ordered a jr burger combo, and some nacho’s. Yep for sure was a bomb. Very good food. Sitting place was very clean also. Workers were all very professional. Awesome job. be back for sure .

Today 4/7/23 when we came, we asked for an item on the menu, and the drive-thru cashier told us “We no longer do that” However when I went to ask inside they said, “Oh we’re out of the chocolate chips”. This location is unprofessional and apparently does not care about its customers. I’m giving them 2 stars because they don’t always lie.

Lobby was closed due to staff shortage but that’s a different topic all together. Drive through service was horrible. I expected to wait due to staff issues but the problem was the attitude of the drive through employee. She was blunt and rude from the beginning of the order process all the way until I drove off. No thank you for waiting, thank you for your business, enjoy your food or anything! She handed me my chili cheese fries and said be careful with the bottom because it was evident the paper container was collapsing and could blow out. Didn’t offer me anything to help with the situation. The bag it was sticking out of was already ripping from how wet it was as well. I know those that are actually working right now are filling the shoes of several employees, not only here but everywhere. However, you still have a responsibility to your employer to do a good job and give service as you would want to be given. Thankfully I was going home and managed to dump my food into a bowl otherwise it would have made a horrible mess in my vehicle and lap. By then I had to rewarm it in the microwave. Best part of the experience was at least it tasted ok. Update: My debit card has now been compromised after using it here today. Someone attempted to make a purchase without the card. Luckily my bank was on top of this and declined the fraud attempt. Hummm….

I stopped in for a Blizzard and was surprised there was no one in the front to take my order. Someone finally came from the back and I placed my order and paid. There appeared to be a communication problem between the order taker and the person making Blizzards but I finally got my Triple Truffle and it was delicious.
