This is one of the better DQ. Visit once a month. My food is always hot. I haven’t had any issues with staff. The table I chose needed a wipe down but maybe a previous customer just left and their wasn’t enough time in between.

Best Dairy Queen ever. Food taste very fresh. The woman who took my order I knew from another DQ she worked at in Pasadena over 20 years ago. She has the best service and it’s apparent she loves what she does.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to not only did they screw up my order and then tell me I could pick up my original order then they call and change their mind and when I called and talk to the manager Alondra, she was very rude and told me that they don’t have a corporate so no one can do anything about it and there’s no point in calling anyone cause their is no one over her she was so rude I will never go there again nice to know this is a DAIRY QUEEN treats its customers when they mess up.

Sometimes my experience here is great and other times it is terrible. While they are amazing compared to the jack and the box beside it. I believe the service could be better, with my most recent visit the restroom was dirty and needed to be cleaned. What I will say is the diner was very clean. Overall I would rate this location as just okay.

Let me start by saying I go to DQ often and tonight was so disappointing, the food was clearly Microwaved, tacos were soggy the veggies are wilted and the service through the window the girl was rude, not friendly and more or less shove my order at me. Very disappointed and still hungry can’t eat this.
