My recent visit to Dairy Queen was highly disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, and despite waiting for several minutes, I was ignored while the staff answered a phone call and served a customer who arrived after me. The question about whether I wanted my ice cream cones for here or to go seemed irrelevant, considering it’s just ice cream. To top it off, the ice cream cones were messy and poorly presented. Overall, it was a letdown and I hope they improve their cleanliness and service standards.

I have never left here feeling like I had a good experience. My blizzards are always soft when I get them. Tonight’s experience: the guy on the drive thru speaker was not friendly and didn’t repeat my order. The kid at the window took a few minutes to open it and take my payment, and had just taken a bite of something. I had to ask for my receipt. I ordered 3 blizzards and the second and third ones they handed me were “overflowing,” (see pic) but the guy asked “you wanted a lid?” Well, I guess not. I was picking these up for a couple others, so I had to continually lick them on my drive to keep them from dripping all over my car (but they still dripped all over my car) which was super dangerous as I had to hold 2 cups at once while driving. I’m pretty sure one of the blizzards I ordered wasn’t correct, I asked the guy at the window if it was what I ordered and he said yes, but the person I ordered this for doesn’t think it’s correct either. Two of the cups had hair, that was not mine, stuck to the side. Makes me worried/grossed out about the inside of the cups I did get. The place did not look clean, inside or out. The drive thru line always takes so long.

So I went through the drive thru. First off, the boy taking the order was very unprofessional. He would stay quiet and I wasn’t sure when to say the next thing or wait. The car in front of me only took a cone and a drink (that took like 10 min.) After waiting for about 30 minutes (other cars), we pull up to the window and he says, “what was your order again?” This is when we realized why it was taking forever. I said, “you don’t have it?” He said, “I can’t find it.” I told him, “you know I thought it was only one of you all working so I was patient, but I see it’s like 6 of you! You all need to get on the ball!” He proceeded to close the drive thru window on me while I was still talking. I drove off. It was very ghetto!

New in the area so I decided to stop by and get some tacos thru the drive thru. I asked for three tacos and large coke. First I was charged $5.99 tacos $2.89 for Lg coke and $3.60 for combo plus tax for total $13.51. When I asked why so much I was it was because she upgraded me to a combo. I paid and when I got my receipt I realized the charges were wrong. I got back down and spoke to someone and she immediately saw the error and refunded me the difference. The lady at the drive was being argumentative that she did nothing wrong. Meanwhile I’m looking around and realized just how filthy that place is. Needless to say, I donated my money there because after seeing how dirty it is I just could not eat the food. I will never buy food there and I hope other people do the same. That place is very unsanitary. Surprises me the Health department has not done anything about it.

This is the most horrible Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The girl working there was so rude to me and said nobody likes you when she Thought I was a doordasher and I was a customer with my little girl! The girl working there never apologized she just laughed. All I ordered was 3 blizzards and that same girl made them while complaining and licking her fingers and I don’t know what she did but they were melted really bad and didn’t taste great not very cold. I will Never go to this place again. Can’t believe she acted so awful in front of my little girl.

The place definitely needs an upgrade inside, hadn’t been here in 5 years was disappointed when we got inside all the tables were dirty and there were many flies where we had to sit. The management and worker’s were friendly. I wouldn’t recommend going inside to eat. I had the steak finger’s, we are fries people they were just ok for us the wife wouldn’t eat hers. Won’t go back for food here again. Was surprised of the meal prices they were a bit high.

We just moved down here and I haven’t had Dairy Queen in a few months so was pleased when had seen there was one down the street. I had passed by a few times and seen long lines for the drive thru so I was very happy to had seen no line when I finally decided to go around 6pm. Although, it had quickly got backed up soon after. I loved the employees, I could tell they tried their hardest to get everything done as smoothly as possible and quickly. They seemed very rushed, I felt bad knowing how that feels. Now to the food, the burgers were great! Only thing was the fries seem too rushed as in being cooked too much too fast if that makes sense and the gravy given for my daughters kids meal was water down. Then I had also gotten a s’mores shake and was more like a hot fudge shake whereas they added too much chocolate it overpowered it.

Drive thru Menu lights don’t work and multiple things on the menu I was told they don’t have. I paid for 2 small blizzards, but was given a mini and a small. The employee told me it was a small and a medium, but I was almost sure it wasn’t. Plus the price didn’t match. I also checked the ounces held when I got home to confirm I got a mini and a small. The lids even had 6 (mini) and 12 (small) on them. They didn’t give me a receipt, so who knows what I was rung up for, but I paid for 2 small blizzards.

Went to get a hot dog combo for my daughter, extra large with chili and all she was really craving it but when we get home we see we just got a small got dog with nothing in it.!!! You guys need to step up your game. Your kitchen was filthy and you had no lights outside around 8:40 pm

I love this location so much ! I am a doordasher and I went to the drive thru not aware they have a policy for door-dashers to go into the restaurant to pick up the orders but they were still incredibly nice about it so whoever worked Sunday August 19th 2023 thank you so much you guys are the best ❤️
