So I pulled up today and ask for there blizzard of the month and the guy who was taking my order told me that “they don’t have the stuff to make it.” He then with attitude ask “if I was going to order anything?” right after he told me they didn’t have the ingredients. I ask for a burger and then with no hesitation “is that all you are getting?” With attitude. I ask for a cone and 2 blizzards for my folks. When I got to the window, an old white woman took my cash and gave me the ice cream cone first. I waited and they gave me the blizzards and I had to wait more. Finally got my burger but my cone and blizzards were already melting. I ask for napkins and she responds”you already have some.” Lli was only given 4 cheap napkins. Why the hell in hot Texas heat do you give ice cream out first and make us wait to get a hot burger?

MAKE SURE YOU GET BOTH YOUR RECEIPTS! I Ordered 2 items that’s total 10.41 and they charged me 20.38 on cc. When I brought it to there attention they old lady here acted as if I was on the wrong for complaining lol yeah im wrong for expecting you to charge me properly. What can I say? It’s a love-hate relationship. I like DQ ice cream. However, I’m generally not a fan of the service. The help skews younger here. They don’t seem to care about you. I’m sure their ideal day would be one where they are at work and no customers show up. Ha!

Just went through the drive-through for a banana split. I got home and found that they’d given me a banana that was so overripe that it was partially liquid. Super gross. Very little else in the way of toppings, other than a bunch of pecans. Couldn’t taste any strawberry, although I saw a smidge of the red stuff.
